Anniina Färkkilä

Anniina Färkkilä is an Assistant Professorof Translational Gynecological Oncology and a specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Helsinki. Her research focuses on understanding cancer heterogeneity and the tumor microenvironment. The aim is to identify biomarkers and more effective treatments, particularly for ovarian cancer. She also works as a physician in clinical drug trials at the HUS Comprehensive Cancer Center.
